Policies

To ensure everyone has a safe, fun and family-friendly experience here at WLTC, we have decided to set up some policies. For further, detailed rules, please visit the Club.

Court Reservation/Times
No advanced court bookings are accepted. Players must use the court rotation board at all times. If your court time is not posted, you may be bumped off the court. Time allotted for singles play is 30 minutes and 45 minutes for doubles play. However, players may remain as long as they wish, if no other member is waiting for a court. Courts 10 and 11 are priority-coaching courts and you may be bumped from these for lessons.

Attire
Players must wear suitable tennis attire and shoes when playing. Blue jeans, cut-offs and muscle shirts (or no shirt) are not permitted. Only non-marking tennis shoes are allowed on the courts.

Guest Fees
Outside of the "Bring a Friend" promotion period, members can bring a friend for $7.00 and a child for $3.00. The same guest is permitted to play only once per month. Members are responsible for paying the guest fee at the Club office prior to playing.

Court Rules/Regulations
A detailed list of the club rules is posted court side. Failure to abide by club rules and regulations will result in a review of membership status, which may be subject to termination of membership with or without refund (at staff's discretion).
